Refunds and Cancelations Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please do so asap. Once order gets to the print process we cannot make a refund. Sometimes products make it to print the same day as ordered.
Understandably, products may not be returned for a refund unless the errors were on our part, or in shipping.
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt of product. Shortages or errors must be reported via contact form within 24 hours of shipment receipt. If such a claim is not made within those 24 hours, Cre8shop.com will understand that the product has been accepted. By accepting the product, the Customer acknowledges that the provider's performance has completely satisfied all terms, conditions, specifications, and needs.
We reserve the right to cancel any order be it at anytime if company sees fit to do so.
• No returns due to late order or if shipping company delays.
• No returns because of mistakes such as a typo made in a provided file, uploaded file, or approved proof.
• Returns accepted if Cre8shop.com has made a mistake after approval from the Customer.
• No returns due to colors not matching what you had in mind.
• No returns due to the size adjustments as printing can fluctuate up to 1/2 inch per linear foot.
Delivery Policy
We do our best to get your product in production so it can be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt (Monday - Friday). We will contact you if there is any delay in the shipment.
We ship to the shipping address that you provided on our order form- please make sure that it is ENTERED CORRECTLY. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. We will not be held responsible if we are given the incorrect shipping address. Shipment tracking numbers will be provided to you via email when your order ships.

Even though shipping errors and damages rairly occur, CRE8SHOP.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS THAT ARE MADE BY CUSTOMER, UPS OR ANY OTHER SHIPPING COMPANY INCLUDING DAMAGES TO THE PRODUCT. CRE8SHOP.COM WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR WEATHER, ACTS OF GOD, OR OTHER THINGS WE CANNOT CONTROL.
We will not refund the order cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in the delivery of your product package.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 business days after initial lost product is inquired about.
For this reason Shipping Insurance is available at the Customer's expense. 7% of total order is the cost for insurance. Cre8shop.com provides shipping insurance at our cost on all orders $500 and up. If insured product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Copyright Release
By using any of the services of Cre8shop.com, the Customer agrees and acknowledges that the Customer is the legal owner and/or licensee of all submitted artwork to Cre8shop.com. The customer also waives and releases Cre8shop.com of any legal liability related to copyright violation and/or infringement. The customer assumes sole responsibility and liability of all forms of submitted artwork to Cre8shop.com. The Customer will retain ownership of the content uploaded or sent to Cre8shop.com.
The customer attests that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these specified conditions, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold Cre8shop.com harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the design work produced or provided.
Liability
Disclaimer of Express Warranties: Cre8shop.com warrants that the work is as described on the purchase order form and website product pages. The Customer understands that the art shown in a proof when approved is what will be printed and acknowledges the difference in appearance on-screen when color is represented. Cre8shop.com will not be held liable or responsible under any circumstance for problems resulting from files provided by the Customer (this includes color shifting and problems from improper file preparation).
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to protect Cre8shop.com from liability, economic loss and any other harmful consequences that possibly could arise in connection with the work. Meaning that the Customer will hold Cre8shop.com harmless and indemnify, and safe, and otherwise defend him/her against claims, demands, law suits, actions, and proceedings on any and all grounds. This will apply regardless of negligence.
Links to Other Sites/Third Party Services
On Cre8shop.com there are links to sites which are not owned by Cre8shop.com. You acknowledge and are in agreement that Cre8shop.com is not responsible for the availability of such external links, sites or resources, and does not represent, endorse and is not responsible or liable for any pictures, content, advertising, products or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You are in agreement that Cre8shop.com will not be liable or responsible to you in any way for your use of such services or links.
Personal or Economic Right
The Customer also acknowleges and warrants that the work does not contain anything that is libelous or scandalous, or anything that might be threatening to anyone's right to privacy or their personal or economic rights. The Customer will defend Cre8shop.com, at the Customer's sole expense, promptly and thoroughly in all legal actions on these here grounds as long as Cre8shop.com promptly notifies the customer of all legal action; and gives the customer a reasonable amount of time to undertake and conduct a defense. Cre8shop.com reserves the right to use his/her sole discretion in revising or refusing to print anything he/she deems illegal, libelous, scandalous, improper, or infringing upon copyright law. Cre8shop.com refuses to print or promote any form of pornographic images or nudity. Cre8shop.com also reserves the right to reject orders that contain the strong use of written foul language and swear words, or slang which is considered offensive to the general public or contains subliminal messaging that may be found offensive.
Production Schedules
Theproduction schedules will be established and followed by both the Customer and Cre8shop.com. If the Customer does not comply and stick to the production schedules, delivery dates will be subject to being changed. There will be no fault, liability or penalty for delays due to power outages, war, civil disorder, fire, employee strikes, riots, accidents, action of government or civil authorities, acts of God, or other cause that is beyond the control of Cre8shop.com. In such incidents the schedule will be extended and the order will procede after delay is over.
